Pasta Fagiole

Pasta Fagiole |


Oh my goodness.  So good.

Not chili.

Not a bowl of pasta.

Not vegetable soup.

But all of the above.  In a big, hearty bowl of comforting deliciousness.

Make this.  It’s amazing.  Eat it with a piece of crusty, hot bread with melting butter if you want….. And maybe sprinkle some parmesan cheese directly into your bowl.

Eat. Be happy.

    So let me say it was delicious! My husband is not a big fan of soup, though he is Italian so I figured he might like it. I swapped out hamburger for the spicy sausage as it can sometimes upset tummies around here. It was still fabulous!
    He already approved it for our family cookbook! You were spot on with a fresh loaf of Italian bread too!
