I can hardly believe we’re looking towards the end of October! This month, and especially the past couple of weeks, have flown by for me as I’ve been busy gearing up for exciting events like the Homeschool Moms’ Winter Summit.
I just returned late yesterday evening from an event planning retreat with some of the sweetest ladies on the planet. (You can see a ton of fun pictures of what we were up to on my Instagram.) I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am about all that God has in store for this coming January. If you haven’t registered yet, consider taking advantage of the early bird pricing that is still available for both the Texas and Oklahoma events.
Here’s some very important information regarding this conference for moms: Click HERE.
For now, I’m grateful for the time we had together as a team, laughing, crying, planning, and just having a good ol’ time. Lisa’s place, by the way, y’all, is even better in person. (I know. Hard to imagine considering how beautiful it appears on her site.) I would have loved to spend a few more hours in her porch swing, but Connie and I had a bit of driving to do, and I was happy to be back home with my sweet boys.
Here’s what I’m feeding them this week:
- turkey sausage, eggs, toast
- cereal, fruit
- pumpkin pie pancakes (oh. my. yum!)
- blueberry muffins
- turkey sandwiches
- See Easy, Healthy Lunch List
- chili chicken tacos
- crock pot roast, potatoes, carrots
- Mexican lasagna
- spaghetti with this homemade sauce, salad, breadsticks
- chicken tortilla soup, avocados, quesadillas, chips, salsa
- no-bake brownie bites
- pumpkin cake loaf
