Guacamole

Shouldn’t there be a wonderful adjective that begins with the letter ‘g’ to name this guacamole?  I think so.  Because there’s guacamole.

And then.

There’s Guacamole.

Guacamole will definitely be in heaven.  But not guacamole with a little ‘g’….like they serve at SOME places……eh hem….

Here’s how to make the real deal.

Fresh……

Delicious……

Can’t- stop- eating- it…….

EAT with your favorite organic or healthy tortilla chips.

Heavenly.

  1. Oh Brandy. I just made this. Sooo good. I am supposed to take it to a dinner with friends, but I may eat it all before we get there….

  2. Yay! So glad you enjoyed it! I could live on the stuff. It’s no lie. 🙂

Sounds almost exactly the way I make it! Except I don’t like chunks of raw onion, so I grate it up with a cheese grater. I do the same with the garlic, to make sure it’s really small.(I’ve never used a garlic press. Is the purpose of that to mince it up really small?) I add extra lime and some cayenne pepper too.:) My Dad, brother and sister add serrano peppers to theirs, but that’s way too hot for me!

  4. Hi! I know this is an old post, but I just found your blog tonight so I hope you will still get a comment if I leave one. Can you tell me what the spices are that are listed after adding the cilantro? Thank you! Loving your blog by the way!
