Freezer Fudge

This stuff is amazing!

And since I’m constantly exploring more ways to eat nutritious coconut oil, I love this recipe even more.

It’s so easy to make.  No heating anything at all.  Simply mix together ingredients and freeze.  It doesn’t get any simpler than that!

So healthy, too – you can’t go wrong with this easy snack dessert!

  1. I just found that Jif makes a mocha cappuccino spread. I bought some this weekend and it is heavenly 🙂 That was the first thing I thought of when I saw nutella….that would be a yummy substitute if you like coffee flavor. Probably takes away some of the ‘health’ some more…..but I’m thinking it might be worth it.

  3. Another great “freezer fudge” consists of coconut oil, raw honey, and cocoa powder. Just mash all the ingredients together to taste (maybe adding some pink salt and vanilla) and pop it in the freezer for about an hour until its firm! Its so delicious and extremely healthy. I usually eat a small bite right before working out for a burst of energy.

  4. Should be gluten free on everything. I would check the nutella though. I don’t eat it since I have a nut allergy.
