  3. I love all of your stuff this week easy enchilada sauce and easy granola bars. I am a junkie too when it come to granola bars. I am have been looking for greener cleaner solutions as we can not use things that have a lot of fumes I have one that has extreme asthma. Keep the tips coming and congrats on the soon to new addition. I am the mom of 6 boys and love the tips.

    I made this tonight and it was great! Hubby gave it 2 thumbs up :) We are gluten free so I used gf all purpose flour. Next time I make it I think I will try coconut oil. Thanks for a easy, yummy recipe!

    I have never had enchilada sauce that is not made with chile ancho or guajillo chiles in it. Is this an american version or is it just quicker to just chili powder?
