Easy Pizza Dough

Who wouldn’t want quick, easy, healthy, AND delicious pizza dough?

I know, right?

We make pizza often enough around here that I’ve got the silly recipe memorized.  I love that it is five ingredients (excluding water)!!

Enjoy!

  1. I’ve got this dough rising to make your pizzas for supper tonight! I’m so excited! I’ve never made pizza dough before.

  2. It was wonderful, Brandy!! I actually made 2 pizzas. I did the veggie pizza with tons of stuff and bacon! 🙂 And then I made a tomato sauce and all meat pizza. My husband, in-laws, and all the boys loved them!! I’m about to blog about it so you can see a pic of mine too.

  3. Does this dough freeze well? Thanks!

    • Shelli, I think that it would, although I honestly have never done that. I have kept it in the fridge for a couple days, though.

Absolutely delicious! I made Stromboli with this dough. Fabulous, quick and easy!! Thanks for sharing 🙂

  5. Have you ever made it with wheat flour?

  6. My husbabd ans I plan to make homemade pizza and have my family over for dinner tomorrow night. If I make the dough around 7:30 AM, should I refrigerate it until my husband uses it around 4:30 PM? If so, when do I let it rise (before or after refrigeration)?

    • Hey Joy. That would be fine. It will rise slowly in the fridge, so you could make it and pop it right in. 🙂

      • Thank you so much for your advice. I really appreciate it. I’m looking forward to having homemade pizza tomorrow night.

    Could you use wheat flour?

    • Oh yes! You could use whole wheat flour. Do you grind your own? If so, I have found that my freshly ground soft white wheat flour is not much different than my store bought organic flour.
