  16. I’m hoping I can use my crock pot more. I stopped when I ran out of ideas, since I quit using “cream of” soups in my cooking. You’d be surprised how many recipes are meat, rice, and “a can of cream of soup” :)

    I love my crockpots and should use them more! I’m lacking in real food recipes for the crockpot, though. I usually make taco soup, chili, chicken for tacos or other chicken dishes. Today I have a roast in one and hot cider in the other. I’d love to have these books for new and healthy recipes! Thanks for the chance to win them!

  21. I love to use my crock pot! I didn’t grow up with one so it is still new to me and I am always looking for easy ways to make supper meals using my crock pot. I also like to use my crock pot for seasonal things so lately I have made applesauce and apple butter.

  28. I struggle with keeping my chicken moist. Seems like a weird problem to have. Maybe I am cooking them to long?? Also, recipes with enough seasoning, some seem so bland at the end.

  29. I love using the crockpot! I usually search for meat recipes that can cook all day. I also enjoy all-in-one dishes – so wonderful!

  30. I’m always looking for recipes that use real food ingredients, no preservative laden cream of whatever soups for example!

    I love using my slow cooker for pork carnitas and chicken tacos.

  37. Love using the crockpot b/c 4 pm is crazy hour and when there is food in the crockpot life is so much easier with my children. Look for lots of meat recipes, and my staple recipes include crockpot lasagna and steel cut oats. Definitely don’t like the recipes where it’s just a can of food dumped in the crockpot-I want the fresh whole food recipes.
