We love the winter granola and the vanilla almond granola recipes so much around here, that I decided to experiment with a few new flavors, and well…we have a winner!

The aroma of this pan baking in the oven had the boys running down the stairs and into the kitchen asking, “what is that SMELL, Mom!?”  And when they tasted it, they weren’t disappointed.  This stuff is delicious, y’all!

We eat it in a variety of ways.  Straight from the mason jar I store it in, or as cereal, and today, we’re planning on making fruit and yogurt parfaits for a fun treat!  This would be the perfect crunchy topping!

  1. A double batch of this has my home smelling marvelous! I sampled the finished product and it tastes wonderful!

    I made it per your instructions except that I added a teaspoon of vanilla just before pouring the liquid on the dry ingredients. We’ll enjoy some in the morning, then take most of it as a hostess gift for our weekend away. Thanks for the great recipe!
