Why in the world would one juice, you say, when you can buy the pre-bottled stuff in the store?
Well, that’s a great question!
Juicing is a wonderful way to get fresh, wonderful vitamins and nutrients, from a variety of fruits and vegetables, in a quick, delicious, and powerful way.
I am not the biggest fan of fruit, I admit, although I have my favorites. But this is one way I can get them down almost effortlessly.
Below is my favorite recipe for homemade juice. Always make just enough for you and your crew and drink immediately to get the greatest benefit from those vital, living nutrients.
For apple carrot grape juice, guess what you’ll need.
Yep. Apples, carrots and grapes. I like to do 2 or 3 carrots, 2 apples and a handful of grapes.
Simply wash and cut into large chunks for bigger fruits (like apples), but carrots and grapes can be thrown in whole. Alternate as you go. Carrot, apple, grapes, carrot, apple, some more grapes.
And drink up!!
Eat well. Drink well.
