Running is quite an amazing sport. All-encompassing in nature, it nourishes the body, mind, and soul. But as much as I love running, some days prove more difficult to overcome obstacles. Fatigue, time constraints, and our lack of mental strength can derail our plans to achieve success in running.
As I’ve meditated on what helps me on a run and what hinders me on a run, I’ve come up with what I feel to be helpful tips to keep you hitting the pavement!
