Our Family’s Favorite Smoothie

Throw in a blender:
frozen organic strawberries
one fresh banana
some organic vanilla yogurt
some orange strawberry banana juice or orange or apple juice
a little ice

Blend til smooth, adding more of your favorites to your taste and enjoy with a straw! You can always switch up the recipe with blueberries, peaches, pineapple, whatever berries… Whatever you like. For an extra health punch, you can add in a bit of wheat germ, some wheat grass, a few baby carrots, even some purple cabbage.
