  1. This IS exciting! I actually have had the book for a while, and I hate to admit that I haven’t read it yet. :(. However, the past 3 weeks I’ve been trying to really limit my sugar intake. The first week I had no sugar at all. In fact, I had never drank black coffee before (I always used the “bad for you” creamer), but I’m still drinking it black!
    Now I just read the first challenge in the book. I’m super excited to start it! My 5 boys really need me to be more active! I think I’m going to incorporate the workouts into our school. We’ve never had PE before so I think this would be great for them.
    I have a question though. Do you think it’s ok to do the challenge if I don’t need to lose weight? I need to get fit and stay on a healthy eating routine.
    Thanks so much for doing this! I’m excited about the new website!

    • Thanks so much, Tara! Yes, I definitely think that 42 Days to Fit is a great challenge for anyone, even if they don’t necessarily want/need to lose weight. It really is more of a training for healthy eating/exercising habits than a get-slim-quick regimen. šŸ™‚ Please, please keep us posted!!! šŸ™‚
