24 Day Challenge Giveaway!

Seriously!  Just in time for the new year, one of you will be randomly selected to win a 24 Day Challenge!

My husband lost 30 pounds since he started his 24 Day Challenge, and it’s been amazing to watch his success!  I tried the challenge and lost several pounds too, a few months ago, and once the holidays are over, I’m actually planning to do another one. My husband and I have decided to do it together this time, since it’s so much easier to stick with the menu, not to mention you can hold each other accountable…and maybe even compete!  Who, me?  No way.

So, beginning Monday, January 6, our 24 Day Challenge will begin, which means, theoretically, we’ll cross off any weight loss goals in the very first month of the year!

I would love to have you join me on my endeavor to make 2014 better than my 2013!

Why the 24 Day Challenge Works

    I had my third baby by c-section 7 months ago, so I would like to build muscle and shape up. I will need to be in top form to keep up with a new little one!

  23. I did it last winter and lost 13 pounds in 6 weeks. And then I got pregnant! :) would love to do it again.

  25. do some testing and see if i have an auto immune disease. I have struggled with a lot of things in 2013 and I want to feel good in 2014. Feeling good sure helps exercise be more fun!
